If you take part any sport, you will always have an excellent mood, freash ideas and health. Sport outdoors helps to avoid some deseases and depression

    We live near the forest, and I walk for half an hour in the woods several times a week. Sundays we do a longer walk. Good for the spirit as well as the body.
